Hello everyone. I'm glad to be here.

I'm 53 and I have been married for 31 years.

I have C-PTSD, BPD and anxiety. I'm currently going through intensive therapy and I will be discharged from the MH service in the next 6 months, which I am dreading. I don't have any children but I'm mum to 2 crazy cats. I'm into nature, reading and writing, art, music and I love to have a good laugh. Well I think that's all for now. Being discharged from therapy is horrible but think of all the things that you have learnt.
