Life & HealthIs there an addiction that you've overcome?
I have always wondered how people have overcome some of their deep addictions. Some are getting older, but they are yet to quit smoking even when it is clear that it is what they would be considering. This goes for some other addiction. Have you been able to overcome any of your addictions recently? How did you achieve that?
I haven't been addicted to anything, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, so there is no question of coming out of addiction. However, I have seen a lot of people who have successfully come out of addiction. For instance, I had two alcoholic uncles and they have now been clean for a couple of years
The addiction which I have used all the strength in me to stop would be eating of white bread. In fact, I now tell all my friends and family to stop eating white bread if they care about their health.
