I finally watched one very popular movie people hype like crazy. After finishing it, I was so disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high. It wasn't that bad, but the way people talk about it, you’d think it would change your perception about life.
I was remembering one live event I attended some years back and smiled. The energy was crazy. The sound was loud, everybody was just in the moment. Even though tickets were not cheap, it was worth it. Watching the clips online is not the same thing at all. Being there live just hits different. I...
I was bored one random afternoon and decided to try something creative I saw online. It looked easy in the video. And when I started, I realized that it wasn’t that easy as I thought. I messed up plenty of times but seeing the little progress felt nice to me. It made me respect people that do...
I watched a movie last weekend because the electricity was steady for once. ???? I didn't expect much, but it surprised me. It was a good acting, no unnecessary dragging, and the story flowed normally. By the end I was like “okay, money well spent.” These days plenty of movies just rely on...
I was in traffic this evening, just staring outside the bus, and one movie scene just kept replaying in my head. I even caught myself humming the soundtrack lol. It’s not even a new movie, but the dialogue was clean and the ending was heavy. Anytime I remember it, I just pause a little. Some...
Spotify has held me hostage since 2019.???? Their playlists are accurate, data usage is reasonable. I tried audiomack but the ads are too much, apple music just feels stiff to me. So, spotify wins for me.
The Boya M1 I bought since 2023 is still recording my voice and it's even cleaner than some of those expensive mic I've heard online. I just plug it, reduce the noise and move on. All these fancy mic are for aesthetics.
After building my PC, the consoles just look like toys to me. I now enjoy the keyboard and mouse freedom, even the emulators. The console are still good but paying yearly sub just to play online annoys me. The PC is better.
I finished the Cuphead with one cheap USB pad that I bought for around $6, even the X button was not working well. Every jump felt like prayer and fasting and my hands were shaking but my pride didn't allow me to quit until I completed it. What about you?
Since my PS4 pad fell from my bed around 2am last year and still survived, I stopped trusting anything else. The buttons is soft and the analog doesn't drift. I tried to switch to a more expensive pad once and it started malfunctioning after one month, imagine paying money for stress.
I think so. Comedy now feels like twitter jokes stretched into 2 hours. There are memes everywhere. If you're not online, you won’t get it. I watched one recent comedy and didn’t laugh once. Everything was forced.
Villains are becoming too soft. Everybody has sad backstory now. Sometimes I just want a bad person that is bad. I watched one recent movie and ended up feeling sorry for the villain more than the hero. That's so confusing.
Those days are behind me. The last time I drank too much on new year’s eve was 2021, my hangover finished my January 1st. never again will it happen. Now I just sip a malt or one bottle of beer. Starting the year with headache is not wise.????
Yes I share it with my family. My younger sister uses my netflix login. These companies are already rich, as long as it’s not 20 people using one account, I’m fine.
I've been saying this! Titanic is good but people overhyped it too much. I watched it for the first time on CD in my cousin’s house. The story touched me, but the 3 hours is too long. The ship sinking scenes were crazy though.
Yes, we have local ones but I barely use dem. I tried one app last year. The subscription was like $2 monthly, the content was okay but app kept crashing. It was so annoying.
I watched one finance documentary on youtube about habits and money, I can’t remember the name. it opened my eyes small. It's not the best but it made me track my spending. Seeing how small expenses add up scared me.
No plans other than to sleep. I mean, deep sleep. This week has drained me. I just want to off my data, eat something and rest. Sometimes doing nothing is the best plan.
Food, full stop. Groceries almost finished all my money quietly. Rice, oil, Indomie, everything is up. You go to the market with other $200 and come back confused like what did I even bought.
