The Admin Hub Do you manage your forum alone?

I get it when a forum owner decides that they are capable and can be able to handle their forums alone. It is not something that I worry about because they must have checked before arriving at that decision.

Are you the type who likes managing their forum alone or do you seek the help of community managers and moderators when it comes to such?

Pretty much, I do have people helping me, but these days I pretty much keep it going.

There is an owner who gets the final say, but I do have a lot of influence since I'm on the forum more than he is; I know the members and their character to know what works and what doesn't. I wouldn't want to do things completely on my own.

For the most part I do. I do have a few moderators and stuff, but I handle most of it myself.

I have a team of moderators on my big Facebook group with 60,000 members.

I havea few forums with one additional moderator.

Most of my forums are solo staffed just by me.

I currently only manage a few of my forums alone. Over on Gex Forums, I have a co admin Twitchismental who helps with the more technical side of things since I'm not good at making themes or tweaking things .

For the most part, I do manage my forum alone, but I do have another admin, my other half, who helps with some of the backend stuff, and I also have moderators who help out with things around the forum, too.

Ideas and such that have been implemented so fa,r though, have been my ideas.

I need a partner in case of emergencies but besides that, my forums are too small to justify staff.

Yes, I manage my forum entirely on my own. It’s still very new, with only a handful of users and limited activity, so the workload is quite manageable. As the community grows, I might consider bringing in moderators, but for now, handling everything myself works fine.
