Have you ever sold a forum? Why did you sell, for a profit or because you were bored and did not want to run it? When you sold your forum were you able to get enough to recover your investment, or did you also make some profits? After you sold your forum, how long did it take before you came up with a new forum?

I sold my forum due to the lack of motivation and I got a bit of money for it.

Nope, might sell mine one day but not for awhile yet. I still enjoy running it

I’ve sold a forum before. I get nervous about selling forums online as unless your doing it through escrow both the buyer and seller have to have trust in one another. Thinking of restarting / stating another soon

I used to run a vaping forum long time ago.

I sold that forum for a few hundred dollars. It got really big with the new owners. Then it just went inactive and eventually got shut down.
