I know some people literally have to stay on drugs for the rest of their lives because of their health condition. This question isn't meant for them but for regular people who take pills once in a while.

What's the first drug you took this year? How long did you take it?

I have taken drugs in 2026, yes, but these are prescribed medications by my doctor, and they are

Fluoxetine
Amitriptyline
Naproxen
Omeprazole (this is needed as I am taking Naproxen regularly)

Other than those and paracetamol, I can't say I take anything else.
