So I think I might have sleep apnea, those who have it snore and it interrupts their sleep cycle. I know my endocrinologist wants me to get a sleep study done, but I need to figure out what day I can do that because I don't think I can do one at home. (Some locations do allow the patient to go home with equipment, and plus I never sleep well in a new environment so my sleep cycle will be disrupted because of that.) My in laws have it and they both have CPAP machines. Does anyone here have it and were you able to do a sleep study at home?
