Books & Reading Time spent on reading?

How much time do you devote to reading? Do you think you spend too much time reading? Why or why not?

It varies all the time these days. Some days I barely read if at all while other times I can spend hours reading.

The time I spend on reading depends if it's my day off from work or not. If I have the day off then I can spend quite a bit of time reading. If I have to work, then usually I try to schedule some reading time at the end of the day before I go to bed.

I read about an hour a day on average. It feels like a healthy balance rather than too much. Reading helps me think clearly, learn new ideas, and disconnect from noise.

Reading helps me to relax after a long day and it allows me to disconnect for a little bit so I won't dwell on a bad day.
