Yes!! I love walking :)
Yesterday we hiked a new trail and it was amazing, but really challenging because the hill was unexpectedly high. My thighs still feel it today, so that's how I know it was a good hike. I try to go for at least 2 miles for a walk, but the goal is 4.
I eat 3 meals a day and that's because if I skip a meal, I find that I'm hungrier later and just want to snack all night. So it's better if I'm consistent with my eating.
When I was a baby, my mom would buy us goat milk because it was cheaper. I don't remember the taste of it though. I regularly drink cow's milk but the lowfat kind because of the calories.
I eat more meat than veggies because I need the protein. I have found that I'm allergic to some veggies...well, not allergic, but their proteins mimic other things that I'm allergic to and I get a bad reaction. So I am learning which ones do that so I avoid them. Meat doesn't do that, so yay for...
I drink decaf because even with decaf there is a small amount of caffeine. I'm really sensitive to caffeine and when I have regular coffee, I'm awake until like 2am.
I do! I do!
They're making some changes...again, and it's not for the better. Well, at least not until I learn how to do what I normally do with a new way now. I was trying to make a video last night, and the beta version wouldn't let me do what was needed, so I had to revert to the old style.
