A paid phone app called Tick Tick (not TikTok lol). It's simply a to-do list app. I have it set to remind me to do everything. Since I started using it, I usually don't get behind until I get sick and don't want to do anything like this week LOL

I pretty much use 2SA everywhere for account security. I routinely change my passwords and make sure they're random. I'm also super picky about links that I click. I won't click on most.
