How do you feel about non-artist types who use AI to create all their graphics?

I'll be honest. That's me. I don't feel bad about it, either. I can't afford graphic designers but I can easily afford $20 to have ChatGPT do it for me.

Does that make me a bad guy?

If you know how to use AI well, you can generate really cool and incredible images, but of course, you must know how to use AI correctly to make this possible.

Even though I tried drawing and painting when I was in my teens, I do not have any skills to create art. I also tried learning graphic designing but was able to learn just rudimentary things. Therefore, I frequently use AI for art and graphics.

I’m fine with it, because I’m also that person. I’m not an artist, so AI tools make the whole process easier and less intimidating. If someone wants to create things without spending years learning design, I don’t see anything wrong with that at all. Some people try to take all the credit and do not admit that they used AI tools, this is what I don’t like.

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with that.. Because AI tools are making design accessible to people who couldn't afford professional designers before. $20 versus hundreds of dollars? That's a no-brainer for small projects or startups. As long as you're using it ethically and it gets the job done, why not..
