I've got type 2 diabetes. Does anyone else have diabetes?

Same. He was a truck driver when he was younger so just ate whatever and drunk whatever. Ended up on dialysis and later died.

Type 1, had it since age 11, use an insulin pump, and yeah, it's no fun.

When I was in the hospital for my HIGH blood sugars they said it would be a good idea if they put me on the pump. Not sure if my doctor wants to do that or not. Right now I just take a shot.

My wife has diabetes. It's a very dangerous disease. In fact, my 1st cousin went blind from it and died in his 40s from it.

That's very sad and scary! I'm 34 and mines bad too. Have vision issues and blood sugars and super high right now and the hospitals here don't do much. ( X(

I'm afraid her family would blame me for bad things happening to her because I enable behavior, but then again, she's an adult.

I understand that as I know if my fault but its so hard when my husband eats junk.

I wouldn't say NOT to do a pump, it's handy if you're going to be on insulin for the long term, like me. It's expensive, though, supplies aren't cheap, even with insurance, and it can get messy when they decide they want to have an attitude about things. But mostly it's a great way to just set things up and live your life. Bolus for a meal and you're done.

c est difficile avec des traitements tik tok et des consignes que les médecins donnent tous les jours sans une bonne suite pour les patients . les malades de type 2 certains vous disent que ca va et d autre jamais , es ce qu il existe un traitement efficace pour le diabète ?

I don't have diabetes, but I know my grandma did have type 2 diabetes. She is now in remission now and as long as she keeps her eating habits how they are, it should stay that way.

Type 2 diabetes is something that runs in the female side of my family, so my daughter and I are cautious about our diets.
