I see a lot of forum owners paying for posting on their forums. Some are buying posting packages, some are privately hiring paid posters, some are running forum as a paid to post model. Do you also pay to post? In case, you do, how much are you spending per month on paid posters. How are you paying your posters, directly or through posting packages?

I have requested some posting packages. I find posting packages easier as they are done by more than one person.

I used to back in the day when postloop was a thing, did it back around when E3 was a thing and wanted the extra boost of activity.

I've hired people to post, but my ideal situation, one I haven't tried, would involve hiring for the long-term, like two or three years. I think that's the best deal.

Yes to initially kick start a forum, but only initially. After you get a few active memberships I’d let it be more natural and focus on organic marketing and growth. My advice from experience

I don't do it here anymore but at the start I did. I do still sometimes get posting packages for here but my main focus on content is now Forum Flare.

I pay a guy to post on my forums, yes.

He posts great content that is relevant to my niche, and he charges a fair price for it.

It's a good way to get more content on the forum and help break things up.
