There are many people who love to drink water regularly because they believe that they should stay hydrated, which is a good thing. Many people require less water probably because their bodies could retain water quite easily. So, how much water do you drink per day?

I drink around 5 cans of water daily. During the hot season, I can even take more. I know that water has a lot of benefits to man and for that reason, I rarely play with it.

I take 5 litres of water, maybe like two big bottles daily. But some days, I forget completely until headache catch up on me
seriously. That's when I know I needee some water.

Typically 1-2 gallons. Closer to 2-2.5 gallons during hot and humid weather.

Too much water isn't good. I try to keep it between 2 gallons a day and it have been very good for me.
