It depends. Quick replies, text but full conversations calling is better. Im also severely hearing impaired so texting is better. I do have an app on my phone that dictates calls and voicemails.

Yes I am the same @Angela I am hard of hearing too so I find texting easier but a long conversation I will call.

There are apps you can download to your phone that will dictate everything you and the other person says. Also dictates voicemails. It's so cool. I use the CaptionMate app but there are so many others. Im nit sure what's available in your country

Sometimes I use Siri but I will look into that. I do have hearing aids but sometimes its difficult when I am also wearing my glasses
