What's your take on all these health trends we see everywhere like intermittent fasting, cold plunges or those expensive supplements?
It feels like every month there's something new everyone's obsessed with. Have you actually tried any of them,and did they make a real difference for you? Or do you think most of it is just hype and good marketing? I'm curious what you believe actually works.
I never really tried any of them too much. Once in a while I've read up on some of the diet trends, but never got much further than that. Far as supplements I honestly don't bother with any unless the doctor says I need em these days.
